Returns Policy
For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns on opened or used soap products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery at support@ferelavione.com.

Exchanges
Ferelavione does not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, you may request a refund for the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once a shipment confirmation email has been sent, the order is considered final. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at support@ferelavione.com.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Lost or Missing Packages
