Ferelavione Shipping Policy

Ferelavione, we’re committed to ensuring that your luxurious soaps reach you safely and on time. Our goal is to provide a transparent and seamless shopping experience for every order placed with us. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works.

 

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer due to high order volumes.

 

Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

Currently, Ferelavione ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service conditions.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We also offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.

Please note that taxes, handling fees, or additional surcharges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed during checkout before finalizing your order.

 

Local Delivery and Pickup

At this time, Ferelavione does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options. All orders are shipped directly to the shipping address provided during checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

If you experience any issues with tracking or have not received your shipment confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact our support team at support@ferelavione.com.

 

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

For hygiene and safety reasons, Ferelavione cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened soap products. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.


We will review your request and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund. Order cancellations can only be processed before shipping confirmation is issued.

Potential Service Interruptions

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen factors such as severe weather, postal strikes, or carrier delays. Ferelavione is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, but we will always work closely with carriers to minimize disruption and keep you informed.
